Important Notes
Processing time: Most orders ship by next business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed Friday evenings or weekends are usually processed and shipped by
next business day (Monday).
Delivery time: Depending on the method you choose, orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days. USPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Tracking is included on all orders.
Address accuracy: Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you submitted the wrong shipping address with your order and your order has not shipped yet, contact us at support@shrumfuzed.com to see if we can change your shipping address. Once the order is shipped, USPS will not allow shipping address changes. We do not offer refunds on any orders with incorrect spelling or addresses.
Package not here? Occasionally USPS marks packages as delivered before they arrive. Please allow 1 business day for your package to show up. If it’s still missing, check with your local USPS office or package hub. Once shipped, USPS is responsible for final delivery.
