No, Pointz are earned on purchases made after you join the program. The good news — joining is free and you start earning from your very first order.

How do I earn Pointz?
You earn 10 Pointz for every $1 spent. You can also earn bonus Pointz by following us on Instagram and TikTok (200 Pointz each), leaving a product review (100 Pointz each), and celebrating your birthday (250 Pointz). Your first purchase earns 2x Pointz, and your 10th purchase earns 5x Pointz.

When do my Pointz show up?
Pointz are added to your account once your order is fulfilled.

Do I earn Pointz on discounted orders?
Pointz are earned on the net amount paid after discounts.

Do Pointz expire?
Yes, unused Pointz expire 365 days after they’re earned.

I have two accounts, can I combine my Pointz?
No, Pointz cannot be transferred between accounts.

I forgot to log in when I ordered, can I get my Pointz?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and we’ll add them manually.

Do I earn Pointz on shipping costs?
No, Pointz are only earned on product purchases.

How do I earn Pointz for writing a review?
After your purchase, you can write a review for Pointz and once your review is approved, Pointz will be added to your account. Reviews must be at least 350 characters, are subject to approval, and can only be submitted for products purchased through your account. Pointz can be earned on one review per product, including products with multiple flavors or sizes.

How do I get my birthday Pointz?
Add your birthday to your profile under account details. You’ll automatically receive 250 bonus Pointz on your birthday after your first purchase.

Note: birthdays cannot be changed once entered.

How do I redeem my Pointz?
Log into your account, go to your Rewardz dashboard to see your available Rewardz, and apply your coupon at checkout.

Can I use my Rewardz and earn Pointz at the same time?
Yes, you earn Pointz on the amount paid.

Can I stack Rewardz?
No, one Rewardz coupon per order.

My Pointz disappeared, what happened?
Pointz are deducted when you redeem a Rewardz coupon or when an order is returned. If neither applies to you, reach out to our support team and we’ll look into it.

Do Rewardz expire?
Yes, unused Rewardz codes expire 30 days after they’re generated and the Pointz spent on them are not refunded.

What are the membership tiers?
Mini Member (free for everyone), OG Member (8,000 lifetime Pointz), MAX Member (15,000 lifetime Pointz).

How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on lifetime Pointz earned. Once you reach the threshold you move up automatically — and you never move back down.

What’s the difference between tiers?
 Mini Member — Free to join. Earn Pointz at 1x per $1 spent.
 OG Member — Unlocks at 8,000 Pointz. Earn Pointz at 1.5x per $1 spent and receive 2 free shipping coupons per year.
 MAX Member — Unlocks at 15,000 Pointz. Earn Pointz at 2x per $1 spent and receive 4 free shipping coupons per year.

Does my tier reset every year?
No. Your tier is based on lifetime Pointz and never resets.
